The causes and symptoms of the novel coronavirus are still baffling. So many medical experts and professionals. But, there are symptoms of Covid-19 that are commonly observed in people who get the disease. Some of the common protocols in stopping the spread of the virus are the following: Wash Your Hands
Wash your hands frequently. Remember to wash your hands, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing before eating and cooking. Wear a Mask or Any Other Face Covering A mask or any other face-covering may not protect the wearer from the virus. But, it may prevent the wearer from spreading the virus. The CDC has recommended that people wear masks when they are out in public. Wearing face-covering is more important in places where people can't maintain social distance. Maintain Social Distancing Maintain three to six feet between yourself and other people. Especially when you're in public places. Avoid engaging in physical touches, such as handshaking, kissing, and hugging. Instead, wave and smile. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, and Mouth Make sure to keep your hands away from body parts where the virus can enter inside your body. Clean Frequent-Touch Surfaces Regularly The virus may spread to the human body from frequent-touch surfaces. So be careful by cleaning high-touch surfaces, such as tables, doorknobs, desks, light switches, desks, faucets, sinks, and toilets. Use appropriate disinfectants for these surfaces. Stop Sharing Food Due to the coronavirus pandemic, now think about not sharing food differently. Don't share your food with anyone to prevent the spread of the virus. Don't share kitchen objects, such as dishes, drinking glasses, utensils, and cups with other people. Finally, wash dishes thoroughly or in the dishwasher after use. Quarantine at Home Even though you may want to go out often to have fun, now is the time to control yourself from doing that. Just be patient in waiting for the pandemic to lessen or go away in its entirety. Keep yourself busy at home while in quarantine. Examples of activities you can do at home are cooking, cleaning, and working online. Avoid Unnecessary Domestic and International Travel If there is no emergency, avoid both unnecessary domestic and international travel. Yet, there should be a proper time and place for you to travel in the future. After taking your coronavirus vaccine, chances are, it may be safer for you to travel. Conclusion People everywhere have to learn to be patient. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic is far from over at the moment. But, each person can do something to save lives by following these protocols.
