However the deadly combination of overeating and a lack of exercise increases the likelihood of the person develops these lifestyle diseases this is why they are called lifestyle diseases. So go ahead and jog to avoid suffering these fates

If you are like me you haven’t done any serious exercise since Gym class in college. It’s been a long time since I could run an eight-minute mile or do 100 jumping jacks without fainting.
Worry not, jogging is very low stress on the body and will condition you towards being able to do other more challenging exercises. Before you can run a marathon perhaps it might be a good idea to sustain a 15-minute jogging pace.

In its simplest form weight loss is just calories out must be greater than calories in. If you are like me and you have a serious love affair with food reducing calories it might be a serious problem. With me it just can’t happen.
What’s worse is that reducing calories too much will result in the body going into starvation mode. For instance a man who eats less than 1800 calories per day will suffer a decline in his metabolism reducing his caloric output per day.
So jogging increases calories out and compensates for that extra fries you know you love.
Morning is Best
A person who jogs in the morning will feel the burn the entire day. Studies show that a person who jogs in the morning benefits for the whole day. Even better the morning jog can take the place of coffee or other morning stimulants.
Keep the Doctor Away
Jogging is a good way to get started down the path of fitness. It is also a good way to reduce your chance of needed a doctor and using your health insurance.
